Political Background of ideology of Pakistan
Ideology of Pakistan is the name of the collective thinking
of the Muslims of South Asia according to which a piece of land could acquire
and an independent and sovereign Muslim state could be established in it. In
which a complete Islamic society could established. So that the civilization of
the Muslims of South Asia can preserve. The ideology of Pakistan is based on
Islam while Islam is a complete code of conduct. Muslims want to adhere to this
code of conduct in all circumstances. Muslims in South Asia considered
themselves a separate nation from the Hindus. Muslims' concept of life and
collective thinking was quite different from Hindus. He had no association with
Hindus in any sphere of life. If there was one thing in common, it was that the
two lived together in the South Asian subcontinent.
Muslims ruled South Asia for eight centuries. Then they had
to see the days of slavery in the British government. But even during this
period, they continued their struggle for independence. The British considered
only Muslims as an obstacle to their power in South Asia.
The British adopted a
policy of anti-Muslim sentiment to maintain and strengthen their power. In the
process of this anti-Muslim sentiment, the Hindus also became allies of the
British and sought to erase the traces of Muslim civilization. In this context,
it would not be out of place to say that the ideology of Pakistan was in fact
adopted in response to the anti-Muslim policies of the British and the Hindus.
This ideology was a revolutionary voice of the exploited
Muslim nation. This view was adopted when the Muslims of the subcontinent
became convinced that the British and the Hindus were using tactics aimed at
turning the Muslims of the subcontinent away from Islam. Exclude Islam from
their lives. Destroy their cultural identity. This dangerous situation noted by
the Muslims of the subcontinent and the way they acted for the survival of
their national existence took the shape ideology of Pakistan.
